  2. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booked time slot. I will reach out to you personally after that with a short questionnaire for you to fill out ahead of our session.
  3. Fill out the questionnaire before your session so I can come prepared.
  4. We’ll meet for 60 minutes and focus on your most important questions.
  5. You’ll leave with clearer priorities and practical next steps.

Please note that this is a live strategy session - not a done-for-you service. While we'll cover as much as possible during our time together, implementation work, ongoing consulting, or custom projects are quoted separately.

Do I need to already have a business?

No. You can be early-stage, pre-launch, already operating, or somewhere in the messy middle. The more context you provide in the questionnaire, the more specific our conversation can be.
What should I come prepared with?

Come with your biggest questions, your current stage, any ideas you’re considering, and anything you feel stuck on. If you have a draft menu, website, Instagram, floor plan, or concept notes, you can share those ahead of time.
What does this session NOT cover?

This session does not include:

  • Full menu creation
  • Exact drink recipes
  • Recipe testing
  • Full equipment sourcing
  • Financial projections
  • Legal/compliance advice
  • A full business plan
  • SOPs or training manuals
  • Ongoing support after the call
Can you help me decide what equipment to buy?

I can give general direction based on your concept, menu, and workflow. I do not provide final equipment specifications, contractor guidance, plumbing/electrical requirements, or machine quotes. Those should be confirmed with a local equipment supplier, technician, contractor, and health department.
What if I need more support afterward?

If deeper support makes sense, I can recommend a next step after the session. That may be a menu audit, launch roadmap, or custom consulting package.
What is your cancellation / reschedule policy?

All sessions are paid in advance to reserve your time.

You may reschedule your session one time with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing Hello@StefaniaMarzelia.com.

Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not guaranteed and may be treated as a missed session.

No-shows are non-refundable.

If you arrive late, we’ll use the remaining time in your scheduled session, but the session will still end at the original time.

Because these are live strategy sessions with limited availability, booked sessions are non-refundable. In the case of an emergency, please email me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
